International delivery time is generally calculated as following:

USPS First Class International Mail
Order Processing: 1 – 2 business days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and U.S. holidays)
Total Delivery Time: 2 – 4 weeks (excluding U.S. and international holidays)
USPS Priority International Mail
Order Processing: Usually within 24 hours and takes priority over First Class orders (excluding Saturday, Sunday and U.S. holidays)

Lost or damaged merchandise
Risk of loss, damage and title for merchandise shipped to countries outside United States will pass to you (“the buyer”) upon our (“Sample It Up”) delivery to the mail carrier. Lost or damaged items shipped outside of United States will not be replaced or refunded.
International Taxes, Duties and Custom Fees
Your purchase at Sample It Up does not include duties, taxes or any custom fees. You are fully responsible for paying any duties or fees required by your country’s policy. Please check with your local post office to determine an amount under which there are minimal or no taxes required. We will disclose the full amount of the content on the package, as required by the law. Any request to change content type or amount will simply be ignored.
General Questions
Guarantee delivery by a certain date?
No, absolutely NOT. All times, i.e. delivery and processing times are provided as estimates. Delays can happen, especially during busy seasons such as holidays and special occasions.
Refused Shipment
If you refuse shipment from us (“Sample It Up”), you will be responsible for original shipping charges, any import fees and the cost of returning the package back to us. Shipping charges and any other cost incurred on the package will be deducted from the refund amount.
Returned Shipment
If your package is returned to us (“Sample It Up”) for reason including, but not limited to, incorrect shipping address, data-entry issues, PayPal issues, system issues, typo, returned by the mail carrier, you will be responsible for original shipping charges, any import fees and the cost of returning the package back to us. Shipping charges and any other cost incurred on the package will be deducted from the refund amount. If we need to re-ship the package, you will be required to pay for shipping, even if you received free shipping originally. Shipping charges cannot be refunded under any circumstance and re-shipping a package will always cost you the full shipping & handling cost.
Shipping Confirmation
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation e-mail from Sample It Up when the order is prepared, packed and dropped off at the mail carrier.
For domestic (United States) orders the shipping confirmation email will contain a tracking number (delivery confirmation)
For international orders the shipping confirmation email may contain the tracking number if a shipping method was chosen with Tracking Information. First Class International Mail does not have international tracking. Your Customs Forms number is not a tracking number.
Returns & Refund
All sales are final. We do not accept any returns under any circumstances due to the nature of products we are selling. This way you can be assured that you are not being sold returned products by other customers. If you have any questions, please ask before you make your purchase.
